Both shapes feed smoothly, and our automated bundle feeder handles them without issue. We cut square tubes from ¾” to 6” and rectangular profiles that fit within a 9” circumscribed circle. When preparing CAD files for tube laser cutting, accurate corner radii are essential, as tube lasers perform better with radiused corners than with sharp square edges.
