Seaborn Manufacturing provides built to print sheet and plate laser cutting for OEMs, equipment manufacturers and industrial buyers across Ontario. We produce repeat components from customer drawings and CAD data, primarily in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Seaborn can supply the material and deliver cut-only parts ready for production, or continue with forming, welding, inspection and assembly when required. We are best suited to recurring parts, scheduled releases and larger industrial requirements where consistent quality and dependable supply matter.

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting

Seaborn produces laser-cut sheet metal parts and blanks in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum for OEM and industrial production. Parts are cut from customer drawings and CAD data and can be supplied cut-only or ready for forming, welding or assembly.

Carbon steel is Seaborn’s primary laser-cut material. We produce repeat sheet and plate components from customer drawings and CAD data, including brackets, gussets, base plates, equipment parts and fabrication-ready blanks. Seaborn can supply the material and support scheduled production releases.

Seaborn laser cuts stainless steel and aluminum sheet and plate up to 1 inch thick for repeat industrial components. Common parts include panels, brackets, guards, mounting plates and other components produced from customer drawings. Heavy Plate Laser Cutting up to 2 Inches

Seaborn’s 20 kW fiber laser cuts carbon steel plate up to 2 inches thick for OEM and industrial production. This capability supports base plates, gussets, brackets, equipment components, skid parts and other built to print plate parts requiring accurate profiles and repeatable results.

Seaborn has produced 0.315 inch wide grate strips from 1 inch thick carbon steel plate an unusually demanding width to thickness ratio.

Heavy plate components can be supplied as laser-cut parts or continue into forming, machining, welding and assembly. Seaborn is particularly well suited to repeat requirements and scheduled releases where material supply and multiple operations can be coordinated through one supplier.

Thick Carbon Steel Plate Laser Cutting

Carbon steel is Seaborn’s primary material for heavy plate laser cutting. We produce built to print base plates, gussets, mounting plates, brackets, equipment components and fabrication-ready blanks in common structural grades including A36, 44W/300W and 50W/350W. Other alloy and abrasion-resistant grades are reviewed against the customer drawing and material specification.

Stainless Steel and Aluminum Laser Cutting

Seaborn laser cuts stainless steel and aluminum sheet and plate up to 1 inch thick for repeat OEM and industrial components. Common materials include 304, 316 and 430 stainless steel and 5052, 6061 and 7075 aluminum. Material grade, condition, tolerances and edge requirements are reviewed against the customer drawing before quoting.

Seaborn Manufacturing provides sheet and plate laser cutting from Waterloo for OEMs, equipment manufacturers and industrial buyers across Southern Ontario. Our primary service area extends from Peterborough through the GTA, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London and Windsor. Production requirements outside this area may also be considered when the work is a good fit.
