At Seaborn the most common process for us is laser cutting. We start by laser cutting sheets to form the parts and blanks we need. The bulk of our tube work is also laser cut on our tube laser. The next common fabrication step is forming,  generally accomplished on our CNC press brakes or tube benders. Frequently multiple parts need to be combined via welding to produce a weldment. Machining, hardware insertion, and grinding are all common fabrication processes as well. 

Quality can only be maintained through process control and procedure  verification. Each stage of fabrication is monitored and verified by an inspector to ensure compliance with specifications. There are no short cuts on the road to quality. Part inspection and double checking the  inspection is the key to quality results at Seaborn Manufacturing.
